Returns/Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?
All cancellations and changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of when your order was placed. 
What is your return policy? 
Since all items are customized, and each is custom sewn, they cannot be returned and are final sale. 

What should I do if I received an item that is defective?

If you find an issue with your order, all inquiries must be emailed to info@heitmat.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please be sure to include photographs of the defects so we can better assist you. Repairs and replacements work on a case-by-case basis and will be dealt with accordingly.
