Where is my order? 

Since each item is custom made to order, your order will take 10-15 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) to complete. Please know that we cannot rush the embroidery process, and would never want to jeopardize the quality of your item. 

 Is there any way I can get my order faster? 

We can not ever guarantee your order will be to you by a certain date. However, if you place your order, then reach out (via email: hello@heitmat.com or text 314-339-6718) with your order number included in the message, the likelihood of us rushing your order goes up exponentially if your order has already been placed by the time we read your message.

Can I make customization not seen on your site? (different placement, colors, designs)

Right now all available customization options are on our site! We’re always adding new items, so be sure to follow us on Instagram to stay up-to-date on our latest releases!

Can I place a bulk order?

Care Instructions: 

Here are a few ways you can ensure your sweatshirt stays in good condition:

1. ​​Always wash in cold water.
2. Lay your sweatshirts out flat. If you're in a rush, use a low heat setting.
3. If your hoodie has heat press we recommend only hang drying to ensure the vinyl stays in place.
4. Wash it LESS! You can get up to six wears before it's time to wash.
5. Wash it by itself, or with other similar materials.
6. Turn it inside out before washing it, and tie the drawstrings, so they don't tangle or get pulled out!
