I have ordered hats from here as a gift for new parents with their babies name and the hats came out perfectly! I finally decided to order some for my husband and I with our last name. I ordered once and when I received the hats the name was spelled wrong. I thought I may have made that mistake lol. So I decided to order again and made sure I double checked, triple checked, that I spelled my last name correctly. Well the hats were again spelt wrong! So I then contacted customer service and they responded right away and made the situation right!! They sent me two new hats with the correct spelling within three days!! This was the best customer service I have ever had to deal with!! So thank you so much for the amazing hats and best service!
